Raumati is two quite different places to work in. Down at Raumati Beach the sections are long and narrow, and a lot of the homes are older baches and holiday houses where the wiring and hardware inside has not been touched in years. Raumati South climbs away from the beach towards the escarpment, and the ground stops being flat. That matters for anything depending on line of sight, and it means two houses on the same street can have very different experiences of the same provider. It is worth measuring rather than assuming.
